Grow_Wizzard's Substack...
Why did Grow_Wizzard write a substack
I started this substack as a means of education for those who have interacted with me on other platforms! Some see me as a tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist, I wear it proudly. Some think I’m just a giant ego trying to build myself up to grow my ego even bigger. Some look to me for information regarding specific issues where I have a deeper amount of knowledge than most. Or some see me posting about laws that to them don’t make sense and go against almost everything they were taught.
So with that opening statement, I think I need to provide you with some of my background and experience to help you validate I’m not just some blow hard out there who thinks he knows everything. I have had specific training and experience that validates how and why I present things the way I do. I spent the first almost 20 years after high school in the automotive machining industry, fixing all kinds of automotive related things. Turning brake drums and rotors, u-joints, axle bearings, engine rebuilding, valve jobs, connecting rod machining, balancing engine components, etc. The place I worked for had a drag race boat that for 2 years I was on the pit crew of the boat. The second year we won the nation in the classification.
I had a career change into the fire department starting as a volunteer firefighter and ending my career as Fire Marshal. This was from the late 1980’s to the late 2000’s. I was certified through the National Fire Academy and the California State Fire Marshal’s Office for numerous certifications. Important related certifications EMT, Fire Officer, Fire Instructor, Fire Investigator, and Fire and Life Safety code enforcement and fire sprinkler systems. I hold an associates of science in Fire Science.
During the process of getting the above certifications and degree. I served as City Council Member for our local community, I was mayor of my town twice. I served on the League of California Cities, board of directors, representing the Sacramento Valley Division. At the time this was the largest geographic division in the state going from Sacramento to the Oregon boarder, from the coastal range to the Nevada boarder. Basically the north east corner 1/4 of the state. I represented all of the incorporated cities in the division on the board of directors.
Most people aren’t aware how fire department certifications work. The first certification required is Firefighter I, this is like your high school diploma. You get the basics on the tools, like hand tools, power tools, fire hose, fire pumps, the fire engine, etc. A requirement to get hired as a firefighter is a Firefighter I certification. From there you moved to a Fire Apparatus engineer which deals with driving the fire engine, operating the pumps and any ancillary equipment like ladder racks, hose beds and directly connected discharge hose connections etc. You have to have the lower certifications to move into the higher certifications. To obtain a Fire Officer, it requires Firefighter I, Firefighter II (and all the certifications for that level) Fire personnel management, basic inspections and investigations, fire command and wildland fire command, and experience in the field.
The certifications listed above in paragraph 3, two together were like an associates degree in education at that time. In fact since I retired they incorporated the fire certification process into the academic process so when you reach a certain level of certification you are equivalent to an AA degree, BS degree, Masters degree, etc. Different from strict academic knowledge, to advance and get your certification you had to prove your level of competency and experience in physically conducting the operation adequately through documentation at different training or live fire experience. I have also been certified in hazardous materials for first responders, and Haz. Mat. Incident Command.
As Fire Marshal I was Fire Department Law Enforcement, I had full arrest powers and was trained in codes and statutes, applying the codes to the plans submitted and making any specific requirements to the plans as they pertain to building codes, fire and life safety codes. Along with signing off inspections of the construction at various phases, to allow construction to continue. On the Instructor and Investigator, I needed 2 classes to become a teacher in grades K-12, I am listed as a senior live fire instructor for Fire control 4 A&B which is flammable and combustible gases and liquids. In Investigations I was taught research and interviewing along with behavioral profiling.
Now that I’ve covered my experience level and areas of expertise maybe you will understand where I’m coming from when I make a statement like over 90% of people don’t know, who they are, or where they live, under Law. They taught me how to investigate and research. When I went down the rabbit hole of trying to understand how a simple beneficial plant like the cannabis plant was made illegal. I saw how it was illegally made illegal. Read that again! The way our laws are made, we use dictionary definitions (unless the term is specifically identified in the code with a different definition) or encyclopedia definitions. The reason for this is, if a law maker doesn’t understand what they are talking about. They can look it up in a dictionary or encyclopedia, so they know what they are voting on. We don’t make laws based on slang terms cause the slang terms can change and aren’t in a dictionary or encyclopedia. The cannabis plant was never made illegal, the law made Marijuana illegal. In 1937 when the Marijuana Tax Stamp Act was made illegal, the term Marijuana was not defined in any dictionary or encyclopedia. Hemp and Cannabis were well defined, well used, and well known. Why did them make a law against something nobody knew anything about? Because they used a slang term, the law itself was illegitimate! It would continue to be enforced illegally until the late 1960’s.
This research lead me into looking at other areas of our government and Laws. I read to understand; The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution for the united States of America (notice words and capitalizations, this is the 1789 version), The articles of Confederation, the Iroquois tribe, George Washington’s farewell address etc. This provided me with a better understanding of the how and why our founding fathers created the contract they did. The Constitution is the contract that creates the Federal Government for We the People. Understand at the time of the 13 nation states, each state could independently conduct international commerce. The federal government was mainly created to conduct the international commerce for all 13 states. This way they got the bulk goods to the states at a cheaper cost than any one state could get independently. The other items of power given to the federal government is if 2 or more states had a conflict and couldn’t come up with an agreeable remedy, the Federal Government would make the decision.
The Declaration requires for We the People: “The laws of Natures God, or Natural Law.” It is stated in the very first paragraph. There are NO codes and statutes in Natural Law. Gravity is a natural law. Gravity cares not if you are rich high society, or a pauper living on the streets. You step off a roof, you land below. Equal justice under the law. Man’s laws of the water jurisdiction, do not fit the above description.
Since my retirement from the fire department, I’ve worked part time as a private investigator, Loss control consultant for several insurance companies, done a deep dive into healing. Mainly understanding what foods have what properties that help specific symptoms and diseases. I’ve also done research into big pHARM, Vaccines, and using plant based psychedelic’s for PTSD, depression, and other similar issues.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little more about me.
